Need 2004 Chevrolt Astro Van Blower Resistor And Harness Connector

I need a heater fan resistor pack and wire harness.The plug on the harness is a 6 pin unit.The resistor pack is a sealed type ,rather than open coils.The 2004 Astro van is AWD.
